House "Luxner". 4 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 10 km from the centre of Fügen, 17 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, 300 m from the skiing area, south facing position.
For shared use: lawn for sunbathing.

In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer.
Bread roll service. 4 km long narrow motor access.
In Winter: please take snow chains.

De rust. Leuke gesprekken met de eigenaar/eigenaresse.
Ons appartement zat op de begane grond met slechts een bankje voor de deur. Pal aan de weg. Kregen 2e dag terras aan de overzijde aangeboden.

Eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het uitzicht was geweldig!
Wifi was wat minder goed, maar voor die paar dagen dat wij er waren was dat niet echt een groot probleem
