The light-flooded ground floor features an open-plan living area with a cozy sofa, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired – from a dishwasher to a pod coffee machine, everything is available.
A high chair is provided for the youngest guests. Special highlights include the tiled wood-burning stove and the in-house barrel sauna, which, together with the underfloor heating throughout the house, ensure pure relaxation.
From the living room, you step directly onto the sunny terrace: Enjoy the view of the swimming lake, use the outdoor grill, or simply relax on the sun loungers. Room layout: Ground floor: A guest room with a single bed and a bathroom with shower/toilet. Upper floor: One bedroom with a double bed and a cot (including mattress/bedding) and a second room with two single beds and its own flat-screen TV. Another modern shower room completes the floor. All windows are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout options. unkomplizierte Abwicklung und netter Kontakt zum Eigentümer, das Haus ist neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Einrichtung ist leicht sauber zu halten, Größe für 2-max. 3 Pers. perfekt, nah am Badesee, in der Nebensaison angenehm ruhig, da wenig Häuser belegt sind, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
fehlende Privatsphäre, Garten von allen Seiten einsehbar, große Fensterfront zur Straße leider nicht blickdicht verschließbar, Größe des Hauses für 6 Personen zu klein, in der Hauptsaison ist es sicher recht laut, da die Häuser dicht beieinander stehen ( Neubaugebiet ).
