Casa Marivi is a holiday home for 6 people, close to the town and beach, located in the well-maintained "Mirador de la Fontanilla" complex, directly by the large communal saltwater pool.
The pool measures approx. 12 x 18m! and is only 300m from the sandy beach, with air conditioning, garage space, and only approx. 500m to Conil. The house has three bedrooms over two floors, two with a 150 cm wide double bed, and one with 2 single beds, plus 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, plus a guest toilet, Smart TV and satellite TV with international channels.
The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet.
There is air conditioning throughout the house, private terraces with a beautiful view of the pool and garden, and sun loungers. The house also includes its own small garden. The pool is open from Semana Santa (Easter) until September 30th. Registration Number: VFT/CA/01171 Our prices are inclusive. Included are: All ancillary costs such as electricity, gas and water, all taxes, Wi-Fi internet (if available), bed linen and towels (no beach towels), and the final cleaning. Baby cot available on request, free of charge.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter Juan & Antonia (allerdings nur auf spanisch), das Haus ist wie beschrieben, für 6 Personen geeignet und auch die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man benötigt inkl. einiger Gewürze, Geschirrtücher und Spüli etc.
Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft hat uns wieder gut gefallen.. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus, wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt sehr sauber.. Vielleicht wäre es möglich die Liegestuehle vom Dach und Garten zu mixen.. Ältere Menschen kommen nur svhwer aus den gebogenen Stühlen. Wir moechten im naechsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Conil bleibt auf jeden Fall einer unserer Lieblingsorte.
