With three bedrooms, this villa boasts a spacious terrace with swimming pool, ideal for relaxing in the warm Mediterranean sunshine while taking in the majesty of the surrounding mountains. In addition, the villa offers free WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.



Accessible via a picturesque country lane, Chalet Bocoris is strategically located close to the beach, providing all the elements needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday.



As you enter through the gates, you will be greeted by a covered porch and its main entrance. To the rear of the villa, a covered terrace with vines overlooks the pool and leads you through double patio doors to a spacious living room with stone walls. The fully equipped kitchen, with marble worktops, is a perfect place to prepare delicious meals during your stay.



On the ground floor, you will find a cosy double bedroom and a bathroom. A spiral staircase from the dining room will take you to the upper floor, where you will discover a double bedroom with stunning views of the mountains and another double bedroom overlooking the private pool. Both share a bathroom with shower.



To ensure your comfort, all bedrooms and the living room are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, available for use at any time of the day or night.



The exterior of the villa is adorned with an abundance of flowers and plants. Next to the pool area, you will find a brick barbecue and seating, ideal for alfresco dining on warm Mediterranean evenings or for shaded lunches.



Within walking distance of the villa, in Pollença, you will find a variety of shops, a cultural centre, the local market, as well as restaurants, cafes and bars. The historic town is also home to traditional shops and churches, and on Sundays you can explore the local farmers' market in the main square, where you will find a wide variety of fresh produce.



The beach at Puerto Pollensa offers the perfect place to relax in the sun or take part in exciting water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.



In Cala Sant Vicenç, a small supermarket and several restaurants offer a variety of gastronomic experiences, while its four small coves and two main beach areas guarantee spectacular views and crystal clear waters.
