OBJECT DESCRIPTION

House with 3 flats in a secluded location on the north side of the island of Hvar. The house is located in the private bay Tatinja, which is adorned by a small harbour. The house has running water, the electricity is generated by a small solar system (12V, 220V) and the refrigerator is gas-powered.

From the main road, an approx. 1.7 km long gravel road and an approx. 1 km long asphalt road lead down to the beautifully situated bay. You can drive up to 10 metres from the house. The sea is only 10 metres away. The water is wonderfully clear and clean. The beach in the bay is also suitable for children.

The small flat is suitable for 2+1 persons and consists of kitchen, living area, WC, refrigerator, fireplace (inside). The flat has a large terrace with a marvellous sea view.

The larger flat is suitable for 3+2 persons and consists of a bedroom, living area, kitchen, WC, 2 balconies with a marvellous view of the bay.

The flat in the lower part of the house offers 3 bedrooms for 2+1 persons each, WC, kitchen, indoor fireplace, fridge and a beautiful outdoor terrace with barbecue fireplace.

Vrboska (3km), Jelsa (5km), Starigrad (5km) and Hvar (10km) are nearby. Post office, bank, supermarket, cafes, restaurant and all other tourist facilities are nearby.

The landlords offer wine, dessert wine (Prosek), various local spirits and grapes from their own production. The landlords also offer private fishing trips and will be happy to prepare the freshly caught fish for you on the barbecue in the traditional Dalmatian way.
