On the north side of the island of Hvar, nestled in a small, sheltered bay away from mass tourism, this property is located just a few steps from the sea.
A mere ten meters separate you from the clear, calm water, which shimmers in various shades of blue and turquoise in the sun.
Here, nature dictates the rhythm of the day, and the nearest neighbor is about 500 meters away – ideal conditions for a relaxing stay in absolute tranquility.
The holiday apartment described here can accommodate up to five people and is particularly suitable for families or couples who want to enjoy the sea right outside their door.
It features a separate bedroom, a living area with additional sleeping arrangements, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
Two covered terraces offer a wonderful view of the bay.
Whether during breakfast in the soft morning light or during a shared dinner with the sound of the sea in the background – the terraces quickly become the focal point of your vacation.
Your own barbecue, table and seating, as well as a drying rack are available and make outdoor living particularly pleasant.
The house is partly supplied with electricity via a small solar system; the refrigerators are gas-powered.
The furnishings are deliberately simple and do not include air conditioning, a washing machine, or a dishwasher.
Instead of modern technology, the focus here is on the original island feeling – a place to switch off, find peace, and concentrate on the essentials.
Parking is available directly at the house; access is via a combination of asphalt and gravel road.
The property also includes a smaller accommodation unit, particularly suitable for couples, as well as a larger apartment with several bedrooms, so that families traveling together can find ample space without having to sacrifice privacy.
The sheltered pebble bay is ideal for swimming and snorkeling.

The landlords also uphold Dalmatian tradition and produce their own wine, Prošek, and homemade brandies.
Upon request, they organize private fishing trips, during which the freshly caught fish is then prepared together.
Despite the quiet location, you can reach Vrboska, Jelsa, Stari Grad, and the town of Hvar in a few kilometers.
There you will find restaurants, cafes, shops, and all essential facilities.
At the same time, the feeling of living away from the hustle and bustle and experiencing the island in its original beauty remains.

Tolle Lage als einzige Unterkunft am Ende der Bucht. Wir, 2 Erw, , hatten das größte der Aparments und das war Prima. Mit den 2 kleineren wären wir nicht glücklich geworden. Die Warmwasserversorgung war etwas eingeschränkt, da es über Solarthermie erwärmt wird und wir ein paar bedeckte Tage hatten. ...
