The beautifully situated holiday home with 5 holiday flats and flats is in the first row to the sea, only about 50 m from the sandy beach which makes it ideal for families with small children. There is a small restaurant on the beach with delicious food. There is also a parasol and sun lounger hire service.



All the flats in the house are beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant family holiday. This includes air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee machine, electric cooker, microwave, kitchen towels, bed linen and plenty of crockery. Each flat has a secured car park directly at the house.



Furthermore, each flat has its own furnished balcony with table, chairs and parasol. Towels are changed twice a week and bed linen every 7 days. New arrivals will find a few refreshing drinks in their fridge as a welcome gift after an exhausting journey. There are two barbecues in the courtyard for guests to use. The beach is only 50 metres away and from the terraces of the flats you can enjoy a wonderful unobstructed sea view.



The landlords have several boat moorings just 50 metres away, where boats up to 7 metres long can be moored. The boat trailers can be parked about 30 metres from the house free of charge. The hotel's own boat hire centre with various boats is also located nearby. Guests of the house receive a 10% discount on the regular rental prices.



Lopar is a place with 22 sandy beaches, 3 of which are also very popular with nudists. Everyone can find something for themselves. Very close to the house is a small park with children's playground (swings) In the immediate vicinity there is also a grocery shop, a restaurant, a pizzeria, kiosk, bakery and a bus stop. It is about 500 metres to the post office, 600 metres to the pharmacy and ambulance, 1 km to the hairdressing salon, tennis courts, patisseries, shops, football and basketball courts, facilities for children, etc. There is a beach bar, dance clubs, hotels and a campsite on the large paradise beach approx. 1 km away.
