PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This recently built house with 3 modern holiday flats is located in the idyllic holiday resort of PODGORA on the Makarska Riviera in central Dalmatia. Only about 200 metres from the fine pebble beach, it offers a magnificent sea view as well as a beautiful panoramic view of the village and the islands.

All 3 flats are modern and well equipped, offer TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, as well as a share of the 30m² large communal south-facing terrace including a great sea view. A private car park right next to the house is also available free of charge.

An outdoor barbecue can be used on request. Pets are also welcome. From our own production we offer our guests olive oil, vegetables from the garden, figs and schnapps.

The centre of Podgora is about 300m away. There are various restaurants, cafes, shops and various leisure activities for young and old. Right on the beach there are billiards, darts, table football for the children, pedal boats and water sports hire.
