PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

This beautiful holiday villa with large pool and beautiful garden was built at the end of the century before last, back in the days of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, as a summer residence. Around the year 2000, the house was converted into an apartment complex with 10 one- and two-bedroom flats for 2, 3 and 4 people respectively. The beautiful flats are only rented on a weekly basis, with arrival/departure on Saturdays.

All flats are air-conditioned and offer satellite TV. Most of the rental units have a balcony or terrace, some with sea views, otherwise with beautiful garden views. Smoking is not permitted in the flats and other areas of the villa. Smoking is permitted on the terraces and in the garden.

The spacious, carefully tended garden offers an attractive freshwater pool with sun loungers and various shady spots to relax and unwind. A sun-protected car park for 11 cars is available free of charge.

Children also get their money's worth here, as there is a swing in the garden and they can also move around freely here. The absolutely quiet and idyllic location guarantees a completely peaceful and relaxing holiday. The property is also located on a beautiful hiking and cycling trail.

A special feature of the house is the free WiFi internet access. Your small and large pets are just as welcome here as your children and yourself. You can also have your laundry washed by the landlord if required.

The friendly landlord and landlady are at your disposal in German, English, French, Italian, Croatian and Slovenian.

Savudrija, a former fishing village, is today a small, quiet tourist resort, located in north-west Croatia, on the Istrian peninsula. The village with shops for daily needs is only a 10-minute walk away. There is a small corner shop in the harbour just 100 m away. Freshly caught fish is also available here every morning. The town of Umag offers more shopping opportunities and numerous sports facilities within a radius of 10 kilometres. The well-known spa town of Portoroz, 10 km to the north, already in Slovenia, has the corresponding infrastructure with restaurants, shops and a casino.

The surrounding area is ideal for swimming and walks, where the peace and quiet is at best disturbed by the twittering of birds. The beach is 300 metres from the house and a quiet nudist beach is about 900 metres away. The house's own swimming pool has sun-heated fresh water.
