Spacious apartment with two balconies & optional boat mooring – ideal for families and boat vacationers on the island of Rab
Welcome to your holiday residence on the popular island of Rab, in the charming coastal town of Barbat – just a few steps from the sea and a fantastic sandy beach.
This cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained building directly on the promenade and is the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy sun, sea, and Mediterranean serenity. The holiday apartment offers space for up to four people in 35 m². It features two separate bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a single bed – as well as a bright living area with a sofa bed, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, and freezer compartment.
Satellite TV and air conditioning ensure additional comfort.
The highlight of the accommodation are two covered balconies – one with access from the living room, the other from the bedroom – both with seating, ideal for a cozy breakfast or a relaxing evening in the fresh air. A parking space is available directly at the house, as well as, upon request, a boat mooring at the property's own jetty (fee applies during high season). A parking space for boat trailers is also available – ideal for guests arriving with their own boat.
Wi-Fi is currently not available, which many guests appreciate to truly switch off on vacation and enjoy the sound of the sea in peace. A special highlight is the on-site tavern with a beautiful terrace right by the sea. Here, guests can book breakfast, lunch, or dinner on-site and enjoy Mediterranean cuisine with fresh fish, meat dishes, homemade vegetables, and wine from their own cultivation – authentic, warm, and with a view of the Adriatic Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a restaurant directly in front of the house, a supermarket just 200 meters away, and the center of Rab town about 3 kilometers away.
The fine sandy beach is only 20 meters from the accommodation – ideal for families with children, swimming enthusiasts, and water sports lovers. Around Barbat, a wide range of leisure activities await you: swimming, sailing, diving, kayaking, boat rentals, as well as walks and bike tours along the coast.
The region is known for its idyllic atmosphere, crystal-clear water, and hospitable people. This apartment combines comfort, Mediterranean flair, and an ideal location by the sea. Whether you are arriving with family, relaxing with friends, or spending your vacation with your own boat – here you will find everything you need for unforgettable days on the island of Rab.
