Welcome to this charming holiday flat in Bašanija, an idyllic accommodation perfect for families and small groups. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has two cosy bedrooms with a total of 4 beds, including a double bed, a sofa bed and two single beds.
The house impresses with its practical furnishings. The independent kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has all the necessary amenities such as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a toilet - provide sufficient comfort.
A particular highlight is the shared swimming pool, which offers refreshment and fun for all guests. The outdoor area is spacious with 3000 m² of land and includes a terrace, a barbecue area and a fenced area.
The location is extremely practical: the centre, supermarket and bus stop are just 300 metres away. A beautiful beach is just 500 metres away. With air conditioning, central heating and WiFi, comfort is assured.
Please note that pets and smoking are not permitted. The house is perfect for families and is ideal for a relaxing holiday on the coast.
