This beautiful property with 7 guest rooms and adjoining restaurant is situated in a very idyllic and quiet location, directly by the sea on the edge of a picturesque holiday home settlement approx. 2.5 km north of the old town of Rovinj in Istria.

The wonderfully clean sea, another great restaurant and a supermarket are within easy walking distance. A rocky beach suitable for swimming is located directly in front of the house. The nearest pebble beach, which is also very well maintained and offers plenty of shady spots, is only 100 metres away.

On the 2nd floor, which is accessible via an external staircase, the holiday home offers 4 top modern south-facing rooms, each with a small balcony including a magnificent sea view and a view of the old town of Rovinj, as well as 3 equally beautiful rooms without a sea view, but with a large terrace and a view of the adjacent forest.

All rooms are suitable for 2-3 people and have their own modern bathroom/WC, LCD TV with Sat-TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet.

The rich breakfast is served every morning on the garden terrace (additional charge 10 € / person / day) In cloudy or rainy weather, a small breakfast room is available. There are 8 private parking spaces on the north side, which are available to guests of the house free of charge.

The very friendly landlords usually live in the city, but are often on site, especially at weekends, and will be happy to provide you with advice and assistance if required. In principle, you can arrive and depart on any day, depending on existing bookings. A small pet up to 10 kg can be brought along for an additional charge of 8 € / day.

The area invites you to go on long bike rides or hikes, such as to the Lim Fjord and its karst caves, which eats into the mainland over a length of about 10 km to the north. Walks in the old town centre of Rovinj are also very popular, especially in the evening. A holiday in this house will certainly bring you the relaxation you are looking for and you will definitely come back.
