Located about a 450-meter walk from the beach and the lakeside promenade, the residence features 5 apartments of various types, designed with meticulous attention to detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket, and the mini-golf course.
The complex is surrounded by a lovely, well-maintained garden with an infinity pool, and each apartment includes a reserved parking space.
Additionally, a public parking lot is available just a few meters away from the residence. The Suite 5 apartment, located on the first floor, boasts a magnificent terrace perfect for unforgettable moments, enjoying the wonderful view of the lake and the pool. Immediately upon entering, you will find a bright living room with a Full-HD TV, furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, a dining table, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with every convenience. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and TVs, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom is complete with a modern shower cabin, a vanity with a mirror, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi connection. The shared pool is also suitable for young children (minimum depth 0.50 m). A shared washing machine is available free of charge for our guests and is located in the basement. Residence Gardaliva is a perfect place for a family holiday or a romantic getaway. All our guests will receive a welcome gift with local regional products. Manerba del Garda is also an excellent starting point for cycling excursions and visits to local wineries. For thrilling experiences, we recommend a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point for admiring the lake from above. For shopping, you can reach Salò or Desenzano, approximately 12 km away.
Manerba's location is also ideal as a base for day trips to the splendid cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice, or for exploring the charming villages surrounding Lake Garda. To spend a fun-filled day, the famous theme parks like Gardaland, Movieland, or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit unseren zwei kleinen Mädels. Die moderne Unterkunft, der riesige Balkon und die tolle Aussicht haben uns begeistert.
Der Pool wurde andauernd von unseren zwei Kindern (3 + 4) in Beschlag genommen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter gross genug und ideal. Lage ist in einem ruhigeren Ort am See. Restaurants waren alle fussläufig zu erreichen. Haben bei Regenwetter die deutschen TV-Programme genossen. Auch die kostenlose Waschmaschinennutzung war toll.
