We give you a warm welcome to our Residence Gardaliva opened in 2019!
Located about 450 metres walking distance from the beach and the lake promenade of Romantica in Manerba del Garda, the residence consists of 5 flats of different types, designed in every detail and tastefully furnished, offering guests comfort and style.
The complex is surrounded by a lovely, well-kept garden with an infinity pool and each flat has a reserved parking space.
The flat Blue Studio 3, is ideal for a couple although it can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a living room with sofa, flat screen TV and foldaway double bed, an equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom with wardrobe and a modern bathroom with shower.
From the living room you have access to a spacious covered terrace, furnished with a table, chairs and two sun loungers.
From here you have access to the well-kept communal garden and the swimming pool, which is also suitable for small children (minimum depth 0.50 m).
We offer our guests free WiFi, air conditioning, a communal laundry room and barbecue area.
The Residence Gardaliva is the ideal place for a family holiday or a romantic stay for couples.
All our guests will receive a welcome gift with typical local products.
In just a few minutes' walk you can reach the Romantica beach, restaurants and pizzerias, a small supermarket and the mini golf course.
We recommend Manerba del Garda as a starting point for cycling trips and visits to the wine cellars of Valtenesi as well as Franciacorta.
The location of Manerba is also suitable as a starting point for day trips to the beautiful cities of Verona, Brescia, Venice or for a tour of the small villages surrounding Lake Garda.
To enjoy a breathtaking view we recommend to our guests a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a site of great archaeological importance and a strategic point to dominate the lake from above and to take pictures with a WoW effect!
For shopping we recommend you to reach Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away.
To spend a day of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the water park Caneva, are about 35 km away. Ask us for discounted tickets when you check in.
The accommodation is for a maximum of 4 people including infants. We never accept more than 4 persons.

It is strictly forbidden to charge your electric car with electricity from home.
