Our flat Fedra is located inside the residence Montecolo in Manerba del Garda, an exclusive context only a few steps away from the harbour of Dusano.


The well-kept complex has wide green spaces, a large infinity swimming pool with wonderful lake view equipped with sunbeds and sunshades, a barbecue area surrounded by olive trees, a playground for the little ones, a football pitch and a beach volleyball court. Here you will find a unique atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.


Our flat Fedra, located on the first floor, is very cosy and well furnished with attention to the smallest details.

From the balcony with a wonderful view of the lake, you can start your day with a delicious breakfast while enjoying the breathtaking panorama.


The flat consists of a living room with an open kitchen equipped with every comfort (oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, toaster), where you can cook delicious dishes as if you were at home.


The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with balcony, a small bedroom with a bunk bed and a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Our guests will have a reserved covered parking space and a separate garage where you can also place your bicycles.


At the port of Dusano, only 400 metres away, you will find a small public beach, a bar and the boat mooring.


The centre of Montinelle (Manerba del Garda) is only 1,2 km away and also here you will find restaurants, bars, ice-cream parlours and a small supermarket. It is here that the weekly market takes place every Friday morning.


You certainly cannot miss during your stay a visit to the Rocca di Manerba, a wonderful 360° viewpoint over Lake Garda, ideal for jogging or mountain biking surrounded by nature and enjoying the fantastic views that this nature park offers.


For a day of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away. Ask us for discounted tickets when you check in.
