All this awaits you in our "Il Sogno del Lago" apartment in Manerba del Garda. A Unique Location Our apartment is located directly on the pebble beach "La Romantica," within an elegant residence with exclusive access to a private lake platform.
Restaurants, bars, boat rentals, and shops are within easy walking distance – you can even forget about the car! The Apartment – Your Home by the Lake The furnishings are lovingly chosen and will make you feel welcome and comfortable right away. Living Area: Sofa, dining area, and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (including oven, fridge/freezer, dishes, and kitchen utensils for 4 people). Bedroom 1: Double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Bunk beds, perfect for children or friends. Balcony: Covered, with a splendid lake view – the ideal spot for breakfast, an aperitif, or a romantic evening. Garden & Relaxation In the well-maintained communal garden, comfortable sun loungers await you: relax in the shade of the trees and enjoy the tranquility, always accompanied by the Garda breeze. 👉 Please note that lying down is only permitted on the sun loungers, not directly on the lawn. Activities & Excursions Diving and relaxing right outside your door – on the public beach or from our private platform.
For those traveling with their four-legged friend: a dedicated dog beach is just a short walk away.
The large amusement parks Gardaland, Movieland, and Caneva Aquapark are about 35 km away – the perfect destination for an unforgettable family day out. Good to Know Maximum occupancy: 4 people (including infants and small children) – to ensure comfort and privacy. Only small dogs are allowed. Tourist tax: €1.60 per person per day. It is strictly forbidden to charge electric cars using the domestic electricity supply.

Lage und Organisation.
Die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war ohne Funktion, wir hätten in beiden Fällen umgehend Ersatz/Abhilfe erwartet. Die Betten sind extrem (!) weich, das war für mich nicht optimal, aber das ist ja jedermanns individuelles Empfinden.. wollte es nur mal anmerken :-)
Wir haben uns einmal mehr sehr wohl gefühlt

Die Wohnung bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See und die Berge. Alles ist in der Einrichtung vorhanden, was der Gast zum Wohlfühlen braucht.

hervorragende Lage und Ausstattung, Restaurants in der Nähe, Supermärkte gut erreichbar, sehr schöne Ausflugsziele, perfekt für den Urlaub mit Hund, die Hausmeisterin ist sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
