Situated in Piovere (hamlet of Tignale), the Melograno holiday house enjoys a wonderful view of Lake Garda and Mount Baldo and is located inside a recently renovated house with only 4 flats, immersed in nature and tranquillity.


Melograno is a spacious two-room apartment on the first floor, with a lovely private balcony with beautiful lake view, where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation in contact with nature.

It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

The flat is equipped with all comforts such as wi-fi connection, safe, air conditioning, a parking space and the use of a shared laundry room.

The beautiful garden that extends over several terraces offers the ideal place to enjoy an evening aperitif outdoors while the sun sets. Our guests can also enjoy a beautiful communal garden with a barbecue area.

This holiday flat is an ideal place for both a lakeside holiday and a hiking holiday.

The centre of the village of Piovere offers a grocery shop, a bar, a restaurant-pizzeria and a public swimming pool, and in a few minutes by car it is possible to reach the lake.


With the Tignale Card you can take advantage of discounts, guided walks and the shuttle bus to the beach in the periods indicated.

For a day of fun, the famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 70 km away. Ask us for discounted tickets at check-in.

The tourist tax of Euro 2.00 per person per day is to be paid on site.

Heating is included from the beginning of October to the end of March, outside these periods on request the cost is € 8.00 per day

It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the electricity of the house.


The accommodation is for a maximum of 4 persons including babies. We never accept more than 4 persons.
