Location parfaite très bien équipée et tout confort. A 100m de la plage de menthon et à peine 1km du centre ville. Bus gratuit l'été pour se promener et aller a Annecy sans voitureau top. Résidence très calme avec piscine accessible. Je recommande sans soucis !

La décoration et le mobilier.
l'emplacement proche du lac et d'Annecy
La literie était bonne.
Place de parking réservée
L 'accueil chaleureux de Stéphane.
Appartement poussiéreux ,la table à manger sur laquelle on ne peut pas laver (bois) toutes les miettes restent dans les fissures.
Reste alimentaire dans le congélateur.
