Internally, the 1st floor apartment offers accommodation across two welcoming floors.
To the principal 1st floor, an ambient living room with sofa and balcony access is accompanied by a well-equipped kitchen and dining area for 4.
A flight of 16 steps leads to a 2nd floor double bedroom and a single bed with a pull-out single bed (which feature to the upstairs landing).
A contemporary fitted bathroom with tub and overhead shower completes the layout of this versatile, well-placed retreat.
The lovely, private balcony is equipped with a couple-friendly dining set for 2.
The 3-storey residence also enjoys access to a communal outdoor pool (open 1st July – 30th August).
The building is located next to a buzzing bar, so some noise is to be expected.
Guests are within easy walking distance of public parking (at the train station) and the resort amenities of Argentière.

Bien mais description un peu eronée
Le 4 ème couchage est un matelas par terre
La piscine n'était pas propre et pas ouverte
Et quand j'ai appelé la gérance pour qu'ils fassent le nécessaire la réponse fut '... Adressez vous au gardien.
N'est il pas du ressort de la gérance de le faire .... Je ne paye pas un service pour le'faire moi même !!!!

The decoration of entrance, staircase and also apartment is very dated is therefore very smelly, bad odor. Dishwasher needed a good clean and some extra cleaning runs, which we did. Some cupboard doors are almost falling off.
Unfortunately the refurbishment of the hotel opposite creates a lot of bui...
