This is an ideal flat located in the tower of the Ondar Gain complex, in the Mendilauta area, near Arguiñano, 100 metres from the beach.
It is a seventh floor with spectacular views of the sea and Getaria, as well as the mountains surrounding Zarautz.
It has two bedrooms, one of them with a trundle bed and the other one with two single beds. Both rooms are exterior, with the same panoramic view. It also has an open-plan kitchen with living room and dining area, all in the same room. A complete bathroom with shower and a balcony ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner, both in winter and summer, as it has a glazing system that makes it habitable all year round.
It has underground parking and storage room in the same building which is accessed from the lift.
The complex has a communal garden with basketball court and swings.
