Entirely renovated, this village house with a terrace offers comfort (bed linen and towels included), tranquility, and Provençal authenticity. The house is spread over three levels: Ground floor: * A welcoming entrance area serving as a living room/office * A shower room and a toilet in a vaulted stone room First floor: * A cozy living room with a sofa, TV, and Bluetooth speaker * A fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine) opening onto a large east-facing terrace * Landscaped terrace with a dining area and a natural grotto carved into the rock for pleasant shade in summer Second floor: * Bedroom 1 (West view): 140 cm double bed, unobstructed view of the countryside, with fans * Bedroom 2 (East view): 2 x 90 cm single beds, view of the collegiate church, with fans * A shower room and a separate toilet Located just a short walk from the historic center, this holiday home for rent in Grignan places you in immediate proximity to: * The Correspondence Festival * Village shops within walking distance (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, etc.) * Provençal markets, hiking trails, vineyards, and hilltop villages * The municipal swimming pool, 300m away One pet is accepted for an additional fee of €20 per stay.

La petite maison rose est charmante et bien aménagée. Une terrasse privative agréable. Petite restriction : beaucoup de marches car sur 3 niveaux, et maison fraîche mais sombre.
