For shared use: property 50'000 m2 (fenced), small garden with lawn and plants, natural garden, meadow, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 600 m long narrow motor access (mountain road). Parking on the premises.
