The apartment is approximately 30 m² and can accommodate 2 people.
It is a modernly furnished 1-room apartment with a kitchenette, dining area, 1 double bed, and a bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
A terrace, meadow, and garden grill are included. Our house is situated on a mountainside. The forest is just a few steps away, and the town center is a 10-minute walk. The climb up to us is steep, and the view is accordingly impressive – unless you are from Tyrol… The holiday apartments are on the ground floor.
A meadow and barbecue area are included. Many beautiful hiking trails pass by here.
You can relax and unwind in wonderful peace.
Experience beautiful, stress-free days with us in the Eifel National Park. APARTMENTS ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR MONTEURS (temporary workers/construction crews). Included: Electricity, heating, water, parking, kitchen, bed, and bathroom linen. Free Wi-Fi is available; a one-time cleaning fee is already included in the booking. Upon request, we can pick you up at the train station in Heimbach. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Exclusive: Tourist tax to the city of Heimbach - 9 percent of the overnight stay price. Directions: Take the A1 to the Zülpich exit, then the B265 towards Schleiden until the Heimbach exit (turn right). In Heimbach: Turn left on the first street, "Im Heimbachtal," and after 20 meters, turn left again onto "Auf Waatscheidt" (a steep short hill). Note: If using Google Maps for navigation, please enter only the street name without the house number ("Auf Waatscheidt"). Otherwise, an incorrect route will be displayed. Attention, winter vacationers! When there is ice and snow, you might experience some slipping and sliding here.
It does occasionally happen that the steep road to our house is not passable.
In that case, you will be reliant on your own two feet and good footwear for the last 200 meters – just like us. That's the downside of living on a mountain... Fortunately, this problem is rare. Arrival: from 2 PM. Other times only by arrangement with the landlord. Departure: by 11 AM.

Das Haus liegt schön ruhig. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so tief und erholt geschlafen. Der Blick von oben über Heimbach ist traumhaft schön, und die Gastgeber, Familie Kleinschmidt, sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Da fällt mir nichts ein.
Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die frische Luft hier ist super.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Alles da was man braucht, zzgl. toller Aussicht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)
