Set on a hillside in the heart of the Südeifel Nature Park, Eifel-Feriennest offers a view of the valley. Renovated in 2017/2018, this 85 m² holiday apartment is in a two-family house and accommodates up to 6 guests.
A balcony, terrace and garden with outdoor furniture offer places to spend time outside, while a shared lawn is available for relaxing. A river is approximately 115 m away in a straight line, and a centre is around 270 m away.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, with box-spring and king-size beds as well as bunk beds among the sleeping arrangements. The bathroom has a bathtub with an integrated shower, and there is a separate toilet. An oven, microwave and dishwasher make it easy to prepare meals together. Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine and dryer are also provided. A cot and high chair are available.
Bed linen, towels, utilities and final cleaning are included. Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge. Shared parking is available. The apartment is non-smoking and can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights. Up to 2 pets are welcome: please add them to your online booking or contact the hosts after booking if that is not possible. Please also let the hosts know if you are travelling with a dog.
Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00 and check-out is by 11:00. A deposit of 30% is due by bank transfer within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 7 days before arrival. For cancellation up to 14 days before arrival, payments made are refunded; cancellation 7 to 14 days before arrival incurs a charge of 50% of the booking price, rising to 100% from 6 days before arrival.
