Cosy and pleasant house, with swimming pool and communal garden, located in a community of only six neighbours. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, between the beach of Riells and the beach of Cala Montgó. And only a few metres from a natural area, a small forest and beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is divided into two floors. On the first floor is the kitchen (fully equipped with basic kitchenware), a bathroom with shower and the living-dining room with access to the terrace. The first floor has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a trundle bed (two single beds) and finally a bedroom with two single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower. The house also has a private parking space located within the community.

In total in the house can sleep 6 people: in a double bed, in a trundle bed (two single beds) and in two single beds.








Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. Key collection point: the agency. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (between 200€ and 300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
