Het uitzicht en de ruimte in het verblijf
Het huisje was verouderd. Veel beschadigingen, kastjes die slecht sloten of los zaten. Schimmel in de douche en buiten gebrek aan onderhoud.
Prachtige locatie, mooi park en huis van alle gemakken voorzien
