The "Residencial Canal Salinas" is a small, modern complex that stands out for the quality of its materials and finishes.
Located at the northern end of Xeraco beach and directly on the beachfront with direct access to the sand.
It offers a lake pool with a children's splash area surrounded by lush gardens, low occupancy and construction density, and a strategic location to enjoy tranquility and rest. Apartment esc.II-2nd-apt.6 has two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with a shower), a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a living-dining room with air conditioning and access to a large east-facing front terrace with fabulous views of the coast.
Furthermore, an internal staircase leads to a private 70 m2 rooftop terrace.
It is, of course, equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and TV. Capacity for 4/5 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PETS ARE ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 10 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). A bi-weekly change of bed linen is included.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand.
Departure from the accommodation must be before 10:00 AM. Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 deposit, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or purchase a €28 non-refundable accidental damage waiver (insurance). The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, which offers many worthwhile cultural and gastronomic attractions.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, in sea channels, and rivers.
