The holiday home is quietly and idyllically located on the edge of Mauterndorf. This house is directly connected to the center and the Grosseck / Speiereck / Mauterndorf ski area with 50 kilometers of slopes via a hiking trail. By car you can reach the ski areas of Obertauern with 100 kilometers of slopes, Fanningberg / Mariapfarr with 30 kilometers of slopes and Katschberg with 80 kilometers of slopes in about 15-20 minutes.

In summer, Mauterndorf and the entire Lungau holiday region also have a lot to offer active vacationers with various hiking routes, varied cycling and mountain bike tours, the famous Taurachbahn and the Lungau/Katschberg golf club.
