Spacious holiday home with a large enclosed garden, located in a quiet area near the long, sandy beach of Saint-Martin-de-Bréhal, between the lively Granville and the famous Mont-Saint-Michel. The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan living area and an additional seating area upstairs, perfect for relaxing. The Blue Flag beach, local markets, summer concerts, and excursions to the Chausey Islands punctuate local life.
