Cozy house with a large outdoor area, private pool, terrace with a variety of outdoor furniture and large garden, where children can play and run freely.

Situated a few meters from the Parc Natural del Montgrí, a natural area perfect for walking, cycling, enjoy the fauna, flora and landscape. At 1.4 km is the Riells beach and at 1.8 km is the Montgó beach.

The house is distributed in living room, dining room with exit to the terrace, kitchen (with basic kitchenware, pots and pans and paellas), a double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub, another double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, and an independent double bedroom, with entrance from the garden, with toilet and shower. The air conditioning is in the dining room.


A total of 8 people can stay in the house: 3 double beds and 2 single beds.



Entrance: from 17:00 to 20:00 hours from Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency. The place to pick up the keys: the agency. A deposit will be paid by credit card on arrival (300€) and will be returned within 7 days after departure.

The bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional paid services: pool towel, baby cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check in after 20:00.
