L'appartamento è spazioso, in ottima posizione e volendo con posto auto in garage. La dotazione di mobili e stoviglie e buona (c'è anche il forno grande e il microonde), manca solo la lavastoviglie.
Per quel che riguardo il deposito sci manca il riscaldatore-asciugatore di scarponi.
