Lovely villa at only 10 minutes walking distance from Moraira, and El Portet Beach Costa Blanca, in a quiet residential area, no traffic, with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, nice kitchen, private swimming pool, and pretty garden, lovely summer kitchen, pool area with hot/cold shower, sunny and private, ideal for a lovely and relaxed family holiday.
3 bedrooms on ground level, upstairs large bedroom that sleeps 5.
Also very adequate for winter lets, there's central heating and lovely southfacing garden and covered terrace, garage and ample parking area.
All rooms have airconditioning, there is WIFI and satellite TV.

La maison est très agréable, dans la pure tradition espagnole, les extérieurs sont un véritable atout, on y vit dehors, en toute intimité, c’est très fleuri et arboré, la piscine est parfaite, la cuisine extérieure est très bien équipée.
Les équipements sont plus que fournis (2 cafetières, lave linge, lave vaisselle…)
Les sanitaires extérieurs n’étaient pas propres à notre arrivée, contrairement à la maison qui était étincelante
La piscine était sur-chlorée, sans doute en prévision de notre séjour pour deux semaines, nous aurions apprécié un passage du pisciniste après une semaine avec des doses de chlore plus r...
Your communication was excellent. We just felt the pool needed a mid week clean as 2 of our children had very bad each infections when we came home and you could tell the pool needed cleaning because of the colour of the water later in the week. Kitchen needs a chopping board as we couldn't find any. The electricity cut out on us on many occasions even when not much was switched on, even on one time when we weren't at the villa it had cut out upon arrival home. But overall we were very pleased with the villa. Bin bags would have also been good to have supplies during our stay.
