Our Villa Alberto is approximately 100 m² and spread over 2 floors.
GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, dining area, and more; 1 storage room; 1 bathroom with shower/toilet; 1 living and sleeping room (2 persons/twin beds) with a rustic charm; 1 spacious double room (190 x 200). Via a beautiful, creaky wooden staircase, you reach the 1st floor with direct access to the west-facing balcony and a magnificent view; 1 double room (190 x 200) and a large east-facing terrace; 1 double room (140 x 200). This wooden house, built in the 1930s, offers cottage charm in a central location.
The special feature of this house is the wood.
Wooden floors, paneling, the smell of wood, and the colorful furnishings give this house a special and cozy atmosphere.
You can call approximately 100 m² and the garden your OWN for the duration of your stay! Ötztal Bahnhof is a transport hub for public transport in the Tyrolean Oberland.
The house is located about 150 meters from bus and train stops.
The well-known AREA 47 is only about 3 km away from us! Alles liebevoll gerichtet und der Vermieter jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Schönes Gebäude mit schönem Garten.
Leider nur ein Bad mit WC , knapp für 6 Personen , Leider keinen Backofen in der Küche.
