On the seafront of Quartu Sant'Elena, only 40 meters from the white, sandy beach, Villa Serra is situated on a 1500 m² plot of land in the resort “Stella di Mare 2” and offers a private tennis court and lush garden.
The holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one of which with 1 bed bunk and one with 1 single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include air conditioning and a washing machine.
Outside you will find a long veranda with rounded arches, a dining table, and a cosy porch swing.
From here you have a terrific view of your generous garden, which also features a tennis court for your exclusive use. Use the barbecue area, furnished with a sink, to prepare a delicious meal with your loved ones.
The property furthermore has an outdoor shower with hot water for rinsing off after a long day at the nearby beach.
A supermarket, multiple bus stops and a selection of restaurants are just 700 m or a 8-minute walk from the property.
You can additionally reach the lively capital Cagliari in a mere 20 minutes driving (15 km) and the property lies close to the same street that will take you to famous beaches like those in Geremeas (11 km), Villasimius (34 km) and Costa Rei (46 km). Guests can also stay closer to home, however, as the seaside with fine, white sand is just 40 m from the front door. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Magnifique maison très spacieuse et bien entretenue à 30m de la plage avec un jardin magnifique, une cuisine d été , un grand barbecue, une douche extérieure avec eau chaude et un court de tennis. Tout est clôturé et bien aménagé pour de bonnes vacances!!!!Nous avons adoré....Mille mercis à Paolo

Das Haus hat einen tollen großen Garten und einen privaten Tennisplatz. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir waren schon zum 2. Mal in dieser schönen Unterkunft und haben unseren Urlaub mit Hund sehr genossen!

Eine tolle Villa mit einem traumhaften Garten so richtig zum Verweilen.
Der eigene Tennisplatz lud jeden Tag zum Spiel ein.
Die Küche ist mit allem was es braucht gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzer sind wohl leidenschaftliche Köche :-) Auch die Grillstelle im Garten phänomenal!
