The Villa is built on two floors.


Ground Floor

Living room: armchairs, dining table, 3 exits to the garden/terrace, sofa, stereo hifi, television, WIFI internet.


Kitchen: dishwasher, exit to the garden/terrace with breakfast table and barbecue, freezer, fridge, italian coffee machine, stove top (4 cooking fires).


Bathroom (a few steps lower): basin, bidet, shower, toilet.


First Floor

Bedroom 1: double bed and access to the terrace.

Bedroom 2: double bed, access to the terrace.

Bedroom 3: bunk bed.

Bedroom 4: bunk bed and access to the terrace.

Bathroom: basin, bathtub, bidet, toilet.


Free WiFi Internet.

TV only with Italian channels.

Pets not allowed.


Tourist tax is charged at 2€/night per person over 15 years old, for a maximum of 5 nights. So a maximum of 10€ per person only in the period from 1 June to 15 September inclusive.
