The holiday apartment Fischländer 10, completed in September 2019, is located just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the idyllic harbor on the Bodden.
Shops and a restaurant are within walking distance, at 300m and 100m respectively.
The exclusively furnished apartment features a living room with an adjoining dining and kitchen area, a bathroom, a bedroom, a hallway, and a terrace with seating and a parasol.
The fully equipped kitchen with an induction hob, built-in high oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a coffee machine and Senseo machine, forms a cozy unit with the dining area and living space.
The modern bathroom impresses with its level-access shower area with a rainfall showerhead, a heated towel rail, and a built-in radio.
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed and an LED TV.
For leisure activities, a large LED TV, a stereo system with a CD player, a game collection, and some books are available in the living room.
All windows are equipped with privacy blinds and some with insect screens.
The apartment includes its own lockable bicycle shed and its own parking space.
A free Wi-Fi connection is of course available.
The non-smoking apartment does not allow pets.

Wohnung war im Erdgeschoss, Einrichtung neuwertig. Fühlten uns wie zuhause. Kaution wurde , wie versprochen, innerhalb von 10 Tagen zurückbezahlt.

Sehr guter Grundriss und sehr gute Ausstattung. Lage zum Ortszentrum 5-10. Gute Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Räder
Zum Strand eher weiter entfernt (war uns aber bewusst).

Eine Ausstattung der gehobenen Klasse und sehr geschmackvoll. Geschirr in Hülle und Fülle und alles an Küchengeräte und Bestecken etc. vorhanden. Fliegengitter in jedem Raum (auch notwendig!). High tec-Ausstattung mit Beleuchtung, Lüftung, Radio. Gerne wieder und sehr weiter zu empfehlen.
Die Sauberkeit um und im Bett könnte etwas besser sein. Mir war etwas hinzer den Nachttisch gefallen, naja ... und den Matratzenschoner in der Lücke zwischen den beiden Matratzen haben wir zum Glück erst beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche richtig gesehen.
Ansonsten aber alles tiptop.
