The view from the villa is truly spectacular, embracing the characteristic landscape of terraced hills covered in olive and lemon trees and, beyond Massa Lubrense, towards the Bay of Naples.


The villa comprises two sections: the main house and a 17th century Saracen tower. Both are set in beautiful gardens with a small above-ground pool (3x5 m) overlooking the sea. The first terrace (terrace 1), accessible from the living room on the ground floor, has tables and chairs, a wood-burning oven and a BBQ. From the living room there is also access to the laundry area.

On the 1st floor, the second living room, next to the kitchen, has a table for 12. Two terraces on the 1st floor offer further open-air space: the first (terrace 2), accessed from the second living room, has a table and sofas; the other (terrace 3), accessible from terrace 2 via 18 steps, has a gym area, a Jacuzzi for 4 and deckchairs.
