Schönes Haus in toller Lage.

Sehr netter Hausmeister, der einem alles gezeigt und erklärt hat und das 3Stunden vor 16 Uhr in der man die Wohnung normalerweise erst bekommt. Die Nähe des Strandes war hervorragend, genauso der Blick vom Balkon in den Wald. Ausserdem hervorragende Lokalitäten ganz in der Nähe. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.
Der Hausmeister war Super hilfsbereit‼️

Das Haus liegt in ruhige Lage auf einem schönen Grundstück und dennoch sehr nah am Strand.
👌 Das kl. App. ist bestens ausgestattet.
Das kl. App. ist bestens ausgestattet, nur die Möbel der Kücheneinrichtung sowie der Untertisch im Bad sind leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Der Abflussgeruch im Bad war auch durch das spülen mit kochendem Wasser nicht zu entfernen und sehr unangenehm.🥴

Ruhige Lage
Kaputte alte Möbel stehen im Treppenhaus,
Schränke sind vollgestopft mit alten Gerümpel,
Müllstation sehr liederlich und unsauber
Matratzen und Matratzenschoner schmutzig (fleckig definitiv nach vorheriger Benutzung nicht gewechselt, ekelig!!!!!)
