Very nice holiday flat with 100sqm terrace directly on Vergia Beach!!!

Our flat is located about 4km outside of Nea Kallikratia, directly on Vergia Beach. The water here is crystal clear and has won several awards. The beach is particularly recommended for small children, as it is very shallow and you can simply have fun here.
In the high season, beautiful beach bars and restaurants invite you to relax and enjoy. There is also a gyros stand on the beach, which is happy to help with hunger pangs at lunchtime. There is also a games centre for children right on the beach. The whole family can enjoy themselves here. If you want to spend a nice evening on the terrace, there is a supermarket about 100 metres from the flat where you can get everything you need.
In the low season, the flat and the surrounding area offer absolute tranquillity and miles of secluded beaches. However, if you still want a bit of hustle and bustle or culture, you can visit the towns of Kallikratia (6 km away) and Moudania (15 km away). Nea Moudania is the largest town in Halkidiki and therefore offers many shopping facilities, a bank, post office and various museums.
The Petralona cave is also interesting. The oldest ancestor of Europeans was found here and is well worth a visit. There is also a beautiful beach here, which is perfect for swimming and relaxing. There is also plenty to do in the evening and the nightlife is recommended for younger visitors to our flat.
It is important to mention that Thessaloniki Airport is only 45 km from the flat. Thessaloniki offers many cultural attractions, such as the white tower and the seemingly endless beach promenade from the city harbour to the Kalamari district.
The historic old town with its markets and many small stone streets is also worth a visit. Also the eastern city walls. ( ideal at sunset, this place offers a breathtaking view. For those who love culture, a visit to the old monastery of Moni Vlatadon on the top of the hill in Thessaloniki is definitely worthwhile. For water lovers, a visit to the leisure/water centre in Thessaloniki with its numerous water slides and much more is of course a must.
For a culinary break, we recommend a visit to the local restaurants in Nea Iraklia and Nea Kalikratia. Both towns are just a few kilometres from the flat and are easy to reach by car.
The fantastic, mountainous landscape is also ideal for hiking. We have often talked to hikers and the enthusiasm was noticeable and can therefore be recommended without objection.

The72sqm flat consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cmx200cm) and one with two single beds (0.90 cmX200cm). The pull-out couch in the living room can also be used as sleeping accommodation for 1 person. The kitchen consists of a new fitted kitchen with cooker, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with fridge/freezer combination. In the open-plan kitchen area there is a large table where 6 people can eat their meals. The sanitary area is divided into three smaller separate rooms, one shower area, one WC and one washbasin with hairdryer. The spacious living room with a large sofa, radio and TV with satellite connection also invites you to relax. Crockery in all variations is of course available as well as iron and ironing board.

The deposit of 200 EUR and the fee for the final cleaning of 70 EUR must be paid separately directly to the concierge upon arrival. The deposit will be returned directly to the customer on the last day if everything is in order.

The cleaning fee of 70 EUR for the final cleaning must be paid separately directly after arrival at the property, as there have often been problems in the past. (Departure of the guests before arrival of the cleaner etc.)
