Super vacation apartment with 100sqm terrace, only 30m to the beach! Very beautiful vacation apartment with a 100sqm terrace directly on Vergia Beach!!! Our apartment is located about 4km outside of Nea Kallikratia, directly on Vergia Beach.
The water here is crystal clear and has received multiple awards.
The beach is especially recommended for small children, as it slopes very gently and provides plenty of fun.
During the high season, beautiful beach bars and restaurants invite you to relax and enjoy.
There is also a gyro stand on the beach that satisfies midday hunger.
A game center for children is also located directly on the beach.
The whole family can feel comfortable here.
If you want to spend a nice evening on the terrace, there is a supermarket about 100m from the apartment where you can get everything you need.
In the low season, the apartment and the surrounding area offer absolute tranquility and miles of deserted beaches.
However, if you still want a bit of hustle and bustle or culture, you can visit the towns of Kallikratia (6 km away) and Moudania (15 km away).
Nea Moudania is the largest city in Chalkidiki and thus offers many shopping opportunities, a bank, post office, and various museums.
The Petralona Cave is also interesting.
Europe's oldest ancestor was found here, and it is truly worth a visit.
There is also a beautiful beach nearby that invites swimming and relaxation.
There is also plenty to do in the evenings, and the nightlife is recommended for younger visitors to our apartment.
It is important to mention that Thessaloniki Airport is only 45 km from the apartment.
Thessaloniki offers a lot of culture, such as the White Tower and the seemingly endless beach promenade from the city harbor to the Kalamari district.
The historic old town with its markets and many small stone streets is also worth a visit.
The eastern city walls are also worth seeing. (This spot offers a breathtaking view, especially at sunset.) For those who love culture, a visit to the old monastery Moni Vlatadon on the hilltop in Thessaloniki is certainly worthwhile.
For water lovers, a visit to the amusement/water park in Thessaloniki with its numerous water slides and more is a must.
For culinary delights, we recommend visiting local taverns in Nea Iraklia and Nea Kalikratia.
Both places are only a few kilometers from the apartment and are easily accessible by car.

We have spoken with hikers many times, and their enthusiasm was palpable and can therefore be recommended without reservation.
The 72sqm apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180cmx200cm) and one with two single beds (0.90cmX200cm).
The pull-out couch in the living room can also be used as a sleeping space for 1 person.
The kitchen features a new fitted kitchen with a stove, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
In the open kitchen area, there is a large table where 6 people can enjoy their meals.
The bathroom area is divided into three smaller separate rooms: one shower area, one toilet, and one sink with a hairdryer.
The spacious living room with a large couch, radio, and satellite TV also invites relaxation.
Dishes in all variations are naturally available, as are an iron and ironing board.
Large terrace (approx. 100 sqm) with two loungers and a large charcoal grill.
In front of the house, there is a parking space for your vehicle.

The deposit of EUR 200 and the final cleaning fee of EUR 100 must be paid separately directly to the housekeeper upon arrival at the property.
The deposit will be returned directly to the customer on the last day, provided everything is in order.
The cleaning fee of EUR 100 for the final cleaning must be paid separately directly at the property upon arrival, as there have been frequent problems in the past regarding this. (e.g., guests departing before the cleaning staff arrives, etc.)
