You'll have the best of everything staying at Villa Bianca, situated between bustling Sorrento and the rural surroundings of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi. Split between beaches, pleasant walks in the Punta Campanella nature reserve and memorable banquets.


With multiple terraces overlooking the sea, this is definitely a villa for outdoor living. The 5-bedroom property (210 sq m) occupies the upper floor of a 2-storey villa and, although the owners occasionally stay on the lower floor, all the outdoor space is for your exclusive use with the swimming pool (12 x 2.5 m and 2.5 m deep, open from 25 April to 8 November), a 200 sq m furnished terrace with an extraordinary view of the Bay of Naples, and a second sea-view dining terrace (70 sq m) with a table for 12 and awning providing partial shade.


The top outdoor feature is the elevated pool area and the open-air kitchen, which, with BBQ, wood-burning oven and food preparation area, is the ideal place to enjoy a glass of wine while preparing dinner.


The shared indoor spaces include a modern kitchen with adjacent dining room and access to the 2nd terrace, and a living room with double sofa bed, sofa, armchairs, TV and access to a terrace.

The lower floor of the villa is occasionally occupied by the owners. However, they have a separate entrance and will not encroach on your space.

- Electricity and Air conditioning not included. It will be charged on consumption 0,35 euro/KWH to be paid on the spot.

- Gas not included. It will be charged according to consumption 4 euro/cubic metre.

- For arrivals after 20:00 until midnight an extra charge of 60.00 euro will be applied. For arrivals after midnight an extra cost of 80.00 euro will be charged.
