Ideal for large groups, this sea-view villa with a swimming pool is located in the sought-after and sunny seaside resort of Castellammare di Stabia.
Location, location, and location again... it's no wonder Castellammare di Stabia has been a favorite tourist destination since the time of the ancient Romans.
Today, its beaches attract sun-seekers, its proximity to Pompeii makes it a magnet for history and culture lovers, and its thermal spas are appreciated by locals and holidaymakers alike.

The villa (320 m²) for 12 people is located 1 km from the center of Castellammare di Stabia and has an excellent restaurant and bar just a short walk away.
The beach and promenade are 2 km away, but with your own pool (8x5 m), a slide for children, numerous sun loungers, and comfortable seating, you can simply spend your days relaxing on the multiple terraces.
There is also a SAUNA and a whirlpool bath.
Simply furnished with well-proportioned rooms, the villa has a large living room on the ground floor with a sofa bed and French doors leading to a terrace with views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius.
A staircase leads from the living room to the lower floor where there is a kitchen (with a kitchen table) from which you can access both the garden and the dining room with a table for 14.

The pool outside and outside seating area was the absolute best. Maria the owner was very friendly, attentive and quick to respond. She had a lot of local suggestions in terms of places to eat things to see and do including a cooking class. The kitchen had all the amenities needed. We loved listening to the church bells every day.
