Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Skipiste, vielen Wanderwegen und der neuen Blackforestline.
Im Haus gibt es eine neu renovierte Sauna (kostenpflichtig), ein Spielzimmer und einen neuen modernen Aufenthaltsraum.
Im Garten gibt es einen Spielplatz und auf der Terrasse einen Grill.
Kostenlos parken können Sie in der Tiefgarage. In the house is a sauna (chargeable), a playroom and a lounge. In the garden there is a playground and a barbecue. The accommodation is located directly on the slopes and hiking trails. Wohnung (Nr. 1) ist ca. 40 qm groß und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist für max. 4 Personen (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bis 16 Jahre) geeignet. Die Betten sind frisch für Sie bezogen und frische Handtücher liegen für Sie bereit. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und im Wohnzimmer steht eine Schlafcouch für 2 Personen. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Die komplett ausgestattete Küche verfügt über ein Kochfeld. Im Haus befindet sich ein Aufenthaltsraum sowie ein Spielezimmer für die Kinder.
Hinter dem Haus finden Sie einen Gemeinschaftgrill sowie dazugehörende Sitzbänke. Die Residenz Schauinsland liegt ruhig am Ortsrand des Höhenluftkurorts Todtnauberg im Todtnauer Ferienland.
Hier im Naturpark Südschwarzwald kann man sowohl mit der Familie als auch als Paar einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub verbringen. Wanderwege verlaufen am Haus vorbei.
Im Winter kommt man zu Fuß zum nächsten Skilift. Zur Entspannung gibt es im Haus eine Sauna (kostenpflichtig) . Im Dachgeschoss gibt es ein komplett ausgestattetes Spielzimmer mit Gesellschaftsspielen für die ganze Familie.
Im Garten steht ein Spielgerüst mit Schaukeln und Rutsche für Kinder. W-LAN ist im Haus vorhanden (im Preis inbegriffen). Bis zu 2 Hunde oder 2 Haustiere sind in der Ferienwohnung herzlich willkommen. Ihr Auto können Sie in der Tiefgarage kostenlos abstellen. Ebenfalls ist in der Tiefgarage eine E-Auto-Ladestation vorhanden. Apartment (No. 1) is approx. 40 square meters in size and is located on the first floor with a wonderful view. Behind the house you will find a communal barbecue and benches. The Schauinsland residence is quietly located on the outskirts of the high-altitude health resort of Todtnauberg in the Todtnau vacation region.
Here in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park, you can spend a varied vacation with your family or as a couple. Hiking trails run past the house.
In winter you can walk to the nearest ski lift. For relaxation there is a sauna in the house (for a fee). In the attic there is a fully equipped playroom with board games for the whole family.
In the garden there is a play frame with swings and a slide for children. W-LAN is available in the house (included in the price). Up to 2 dogs or 2 pets are allowed in the holiday flat. Die Lage war sehr schön und sauber, die Dienstleistungen wie Rezeption und Check-out waren komfortabel und der Preis
Für fünf Personen war das Haus nicht geeignet, die Einrichtung sehr alt und unbequem, die Sauna war kostenpflichtig, nicht kostenlos und Waschmaschine und Trockner waren auch nicht vorhanden.

Schlechte internet. Wohnung zu hoch und zu weit von Tiefgarage. Treppen von außen waren voll mit Schnee und Eis, mann könnte nur durch Tiefgarage rein. Terrasse voll mit Hunden kaka und pipi

Die Tiefgarage und die Aussicht
Der strenge Geruch ( schimmel?!) , alle Scharniere der Schränke fielen ab oder waren lose, die Küche ist sooooo winzig.
Die ganze Wohnung sollte gründlich überholt und renoviert werden.
