In the heart of Strasbourg's city centre, the MONTANA flat comprises three bedrooms with 2 single beds, and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Bathroom with bath and washing machine. Separate WC.
The MONTANA flat is on the 6th floor (with lift) of the building above the "BOULANGER" shop at 30 rue du 22 novembre.
This flat can only be rented on a furnished lease for a minimum of one year (joint tenancy possible in the lease). If you can prove that you are in one of the following situations
- Vocational training
- Higher education
- Apprenticeship
- Work placement
- Voluntary civic service
- Job transfer
- Temporary work assignment
then you will be eligible for a mobility lease for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 10 months.
Access for travellers
As the rue du 22 Novembre is pedestrianised, you will be able to access the building by car only at certain times (from 6am to 11am).
In the immediate vicinity (approximately 100 metres) are the "indigo LES TANNEURS" and "indigo KLEBER" public car parks. These car parks are right in the city centre, so they're handy for one or a few hours, but they cost 44 euros for 24 hours! You can also park in the Halles P2 Sebastopol and Halles P3 Marais Vert car parks (about 500 metres away) or in the GARE WODLI car park (about 900 metres away), which costs 20 euros for 24 hours.

Before, during and after your stay, our secretariat can be contacted by telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This contact number will be given to you once your booking has been validated.
About the area
The city centre of Strasbourg is a dynamic and lively area with bars, museums, the Christmas market and the charm of its architecture. Don't miss out on some of the region's very good restaurants and famous vineyards.
Transportation
The flat is close to public transport (bus and tram) which will make it very easy to get around the city. There are two tram stops close to the flat: Place de l'homme de Fer (Trams A, B, C, D, F), and Langstross/Grand Rue (Trams A and D).
Other remarks
This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 additional cleaning charge.
Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
Pets are accepted on request (under 15kg and not dangerous) at a supplement of €30 per stay per pet.
