Short Description:
The holiday house is located directly on the beach in one of the most beautiful bays on the island of Hvar, with access to the beach.
Ideal for families with children or romantics who want to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine in the evening.
Location Description:
The bay of Zarace consists of a small cluster of weekend houses, 8 kilometers from the town of Hvar.
The bay is lively during the main season, with life taking place on the restaurant terraces and on the beach.
You cannot drive directly into the bay by car.
The car parking is located approx. 100 m away in the parking lot of the neighboring restaurant.
A wheelbarrow is available for transporting luggage. The main town of Hvar and the ferry port of Starigrad are easily accessible, each within 8 km. Amenities: The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with 140 cm beds, an additional sofa bed, a kitchen-diner, and a small bathroom with a shower. Outdoor Area: The house Casa Poseidon is located 7m from the waterline, directly on the beach.
Through the large terrace of the house, you have your own area with a view of the sea and the beach.
A freshwater shower is available here after swimming in the sea.
The house has approx. 50 sqm of living space + 30 sqm terrace with an outdoor freshwater shower. Special Features: Old hiking trails leading towards Milna or Dubovica start from the bay of Zarace. In front of the house, there is a boat dock for motorboats.
These can also be rented from various providers in the town of Hvar. The house has been stylishly built and furnished.
Terracotta tiled floors, old solid wood doors, and an old Franklin fireplace stove complete the picture of the house. General Information: Arrival from 2:00 PM Departure by 10:00 AM.
