You will stay in a comfortably and tastefully furnished new building apartment of 105 sqm, on the ground floor (raised ground floor, barrier-free, also accessible by elevator) in the harbor district of Eckernförde. In the spacious apartment, you will find: a generous, light-flooded living room with access to the balcony and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet.
Another room is equipped with a desk, a reclining/sleeping armchair (80x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system.
The balcony with its seating furniture invites you to linger. Important notes: - Construction site opposite may cause noise, dust, or other disturbances.

Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung.
Trotz teilweise kühlen Temperaturen unter 15 Grad tagsüber funktionierte die Heizung nicht, angeblich war es zu warm für den Außenfühler.
Ein bisschen mehr Geschirr für 4 Personen wäre schön.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden!
