This historic rural mill from the 1600s offers a rustic and authentic countryside experience in Forcella. A protected stone structure under the Fine Arts authority, this property preserves its original wooden beams, doors, and windows, maintaining its historical value. It is not comparable to a modern apartment or industrial property; instead, it is best suited for guests who enjoy outdoor living and possess a spirit of adaptation. The 2-bedroom cottage accommodates 4 people and is ideal for families looking to be surrounded by nature.
While the interior features a well-equipped modern kitchen and simple, rustic furnishings, the true highlight is the surrounding environment. Guests can enjoy a private garden with furniture, a terrace with a barbecue, and proximity to a forest just 100 m away. The mill overlooks a river, and you can take a swim in the nearby pond or natural swimming pool. Please note that while the house water is suitable for cooking and washing, a container with a glass dispenser provides free mineral water for drinking.

La location è perfetta per chi ama una esperienza immersiva nel verde e non ha necessità di una connessione h24 con il mondo. Si ringrazia la Sig.ra Ombretta per la fruizione dell'acqua minerale reperibile presso un distributore automatico a Acquasanta Terme (4,5 km di distanza).

Ai fini di una migliore fruizione del posto, si consiglia di valutare l'attuazione di quanto segue:
- foto vecchie;
- scarsa manutenzione floreale e potatura;
- piante intorno steccionate, non c'è presa per sostenersi;
- zanzariere non ovunque o non coprenti totalmente o realizzate con reti metalli...

Ein friedlicher Rückzugsort inmitten der Natur! Das Cottage ist einfach, aber charmant, und die Umgebung ist atemberaubend. Wir verbrachten unsere Tage mit Wanderungen im nahegelegenen Wald und entspannten am See. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir zum Kochen brauchten, und wir freuten uns über das bereitgestellte Mineralwasser. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!
