This historic rural mill from the 1600s offers a rustic and authentic countryside experience in Forcella. A protected stone structure under the Fine Arts authority, this property preserves its original wooden beams, doors, and windows, maintaining its historical value. It is not comparable to a modern apartment or industrial property; instead, it is best suited for guests who enjoy outdoor living and possess a spirit of adaptation. The 2-bedroom cottage accommodates 4 people and is ideal for families looking to be surrounded by nature.
While the interior features a well-equipped modern kitchen and simple, rustic furnishings, the true highlight is the surrounding environment. Guests can enjoy a private garden with furniture, a terrace with a barbecue, and proximity to a forest just 100 m away. The mill overlooks a river, and you can take a swim in the nearby pond or natural swimming pool. Die Wanderungen auf den nahegelegenen Wegen waren fantastisch, und die private Terrasse zum Entspannen danach war großartig. Dieser Ort ist ein wahres Naturparadies.

Hiken op nabijgelegen paden was fantastisch, plus een privéterras om na afloop op te ontspannen was geweldig. Deze plek draait helemaal om de natuur.

Ai fini di una migliore fruizione del posto, si consiglia di valutare l'attuazione di quanto segue:

- scarsa manutenzione floreale e potatura;
- piante intorno steccionate, non c'è presa per sostenersi;
