On collection of the keys, you will be asked to pay a deposit of €300 (or €600 for prestige models). This deposit does not constitute a limit of liability; you must have third-party liability insurance.
The rental property must be returned in a clean and tidy condition, and the inventory checked. Any broken or damaged items will be charged to you, as will the restoration of the premises if necessary. If there is no damage or missing items and the property is left in a perfectly clean condition, the deposit will be destroyed after your departure, less any costs incurred in restoring the property and the value of any missing items.
Inventory: On your arrival, we will give you an inventory sheet to check. To avoid any misunderstanding, please report any discrepancies to reception within 4 hours of your arrival. Any complaints made after this time will not be taken into account. The inventory will be checked by us after your departure.
