A breathtaking view is the first feeling that comes over you when you are in the flat. Your eyes get lost in the infinite blue of the Mediterranean from your sofa and you say to yourself...: How nice it is! Downstairs, ...the beach, but you are privileged...maybe you'll go down there...


Because you want to relax in the flat. A magnificent view, a terrace to relax "facing the sea" in complete privacy. A kitchen that invites you to prepare the evening meal because tonight there is no need to go to the restaurant on the beach, the show is in front of you. A room for the parents, a room for the children, a sofa bed for friends who come to visit me. So I promise I'll be down for a swim later on!


Nicolas and Alexandra have entrusted us with their fully air-conditioned 65 m² flat. Kitchen, ceramic hob, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher, fan-assisted oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, fridge and freezer, table and chairs. Living room equipped with television, high speed wifi internet, large storage cupboard, convertible sofa (135cm wide) 1.5 seats. Children's bedroom equipped with two beds (2x90cm wide) in drawers, desk. Parents' bedroom with king size bed (160cm wide), large wardrobe. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine. Separate toilet with hand basin. Fully air-conditioned flat located on the 3rd floor with lift. Municipal parking down the street.


We liked: its unobstructed view of the sea, a very nice renovation, excellent quality of equipment, a large terrace, lift, air-conditioned flat.


The flat is equipped with all comforts. Free high speed internet. WIFI. Television. Bus, bus line 131 Palavas, bus every hour to Montpellier. Car, motorway exit Montpellier sud.
