At key collection you will be asked to pay a deposit of 150 € to cover any possible damage or loss of keys. This will be returned when the keys are returned after the flat has been checked.

The Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.

PICK-UP AT C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLSTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO from 13:00 hours. The departure of the apartments and return of keys in our offices before 10:00 a.m.

Pets are allowed on request, cost 7€/day (maximum weight 10kg).

The flats are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products.

A pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them!
